Do you use fresh towels and clean tools?+
Yes. Every customer gets a fresh towel, and all tools are cleaned after each use.
Do I need to pay in advance?+
You pay 50% online to confirm and the rest at the salon.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation until 24 hours before, half refund until 3 hours before. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
What if I'm running late?+
We can usually still serve you if you arrive within 10 minutes. After that, please call us.
Can I choose my stylist?+
Yes. Pick your favourite stylist when you book, or choose Any stylist for the earliest time.
Can I walk in without booking?+
Yes, if a stylist is free. Booking online guarantees your time.
